Most of the housing in Park City sits empty for a good part of the year. A pipe that lets go in February does not wait for the owner to fly in — it runs until somebody notices. The whole point of a scheduled check is that somebody notices early.
We serve owners in Deer Valley, Empire Pass, Deer Crest, Silver Lake, Snow Park, The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Promontory, Glenwild, Park Meadows and across the Snyderville Basin. Weekly, biweekly or monthly — you set the schedule.
What makes us different: the person checking your home is also a mechanic. The generator, the snowmobiles in the garage, the truck that has sat since October, the tractor and the yard equipment — all of it can be serviced on the same visit instead of coordinating three vendors from out of town.
