The Calendar Does Not Negotiate
Seasonal work has a window, and at Park City's elevation the windows come earlier than they do down in the valley. A sprinkler blowout in November is a repair bill, not a service call. A generator that has not been run since last winter fails during the outage, not before it.
If you own a second home here, the simplest arrangement is a standing seasonal schedule — we handle the blowout, the winterization, the spring open-up and the fire-season clearing on the calendar, and you never think about it.
Call ahead of the season, not during it. Everyone in the county calls the same week the first storm hits.
